Founded in 1990, CCPIT Sub-Council of Chemical Industry and CCOIC Chemical Industry Chamber of Commerce are branches of CCPIT (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) and CCOIC (China Chamber of International Commerce), and acts in accordance with the articles and principles of CCPIT. CCPIT CHEM has been the certified member of The Global Association of the Exhibition industry (UFI) since 2012. Administratively, CCPIT Sub-Council of Chemical Industry (CCPIT CHEM) affiliates to China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF) as its Conference & Exhibition Department.
CCPIT CHEM is the national foreign trade and investment promotion organization in chemical industry, and functions as a bridge for the cooperation between China's chemical industry and foreign counterparts. Through conducting economic & trade activities, overseas visiting and exchanging delegations, organizing or participating in exhibitions and conferences home and abroad, CCPIT CHEM has endeavored to enhance industry dialogues and network, promote foreign trade and investment, and deepen the understanding and cooperation between China's chemical industry and foreign counterparts.
Since established, CCPIT CHEM has exerted her professional advantages and industry resources, served the industry and companies, launched and organized a series of influential exhibitions and conferences mainly in the field of petrochemical, agrochemical, adhesive and sealants, specialty chemical and etc., and built the international display & exchange platform. Meanwhile, CCPIT CHEM has assisted Chinese companies entering into international competition to tap foreign market, and promoted the foreign trade & investment by organizing overseas exhibiting, visiting & exchanging delegations and seminars.

China Adhesives and Tape Industry Association (CATIA) was originally named as China National Adhesives Industry Association, founded in September 1987 in Beijing.It is a national and professional trade organization voluntarily made up of enterprises and institutions in the industries of adhesive, sealant and tape, and is a social organization with the status of a legal person registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs. CATIA is under the professional guidance and supervision & administration of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) and the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China.
There are nearly 400 member units including large and medium-sized enterprises, research institutions and universities with relatively large scale and high prestige. CATIA engages 30 well-known adhesive and tape experts at home and abroad as its advisors. CATIA has established close contact and friendly cooperation with trade organizations from the America, Europe, Japan, Korea and Taiwan Region. And CATIA enjoys considerably high reputation and significant influences among the industry and enterprises at home and abroad.
